Ideal place for couples seeking tranquility
We had this awesome room with a balcony, overlooking the river, just breathtaking,, it was perfect for a glass of wine while enjoying the Incan views. The front desk guys were super helpful, even gave us tips for hiking, making everything so much easier.
It wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable.

would absolutely stay here again.
I loved the Deluxe Twin Room with Balcony and View! It had a private bathroom, big flat-screen TV, minibar, and amazing views of the mountains. The balcony was perfect for relaxing. Staff were professional, making my stay a delight. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. The location was super convenient to the ruins.

The views from the balconies facing the ruins provided an impressive backdrop, perfect for capturing the essence of the area. Spacious rooms ensured comfort, with some offering unique features like closed-off outdoor areas for privacy.
Noise levels were bothersome, particularly for ground floor rooms due to traffic from the reception and guests upstairs. The breakfast setup seemed disorganized. essential items like cutlery and hot milk were often missing. Additionally, the cleanliness of public spaces like the balconies left much to be desired, showing neglect in upkeep.

We had a fantastic time here! The hotel is perfectly located near shops and eateries. Derek and Freddie were super helpful, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and transportation. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and we especially appreciated the boxed breakfast when we left early for a hike. The sound of the river added a relaxing touch to our stay.
However, we faced an issue with noise during our stay. Our group woke up several times due to noise from the common area, which was a bit disruptive.

The view from the room overlooking stunning Incan ruins was a highlight, complemented by the soothing sound of the nearby river. Breakfast included delicious options like French toast, and the staff provided excellent service, addressing our needs promptly. Additionally, the breakfast items could be less sweet, as the packed meal was overly sugary.

The prime location provided stunning views of the nearby ruins and a soothing sound from the river. Breakfast options were diverse, and the Bernese sausages stood out as a favorite. However, the bathroom could have used better cleanliness, and the wireless internet was spotty at times. Additionally, the noise from the street occasionally disrupted the peaceful atmosphere I was hoping for.
